Promotion modulates the refresh rate based on what you are doing. It doesn’t know test ufo is a test, it just figures you are not scrolling so 120 is not necessary. That makes sense. But it still shows 60Hz even when I scroll on the testufo website. Probably a bug the displays are very obviously 120hz.
