JuggerHobbit Apr 10, 2020 @ 6:58pm. How to Grant Fiefs? So I’m the ruler of a new Kingdom. I own two towns and two castles. I don’t want them al. When trying to persuade a clan to join my empire it didn’t give me the option to bribe them with a fief during the final batter. Now that they joined, it won’t let me give them land.
As far as nonbattle strategy theres only like two things you can do. Buy all the food of a town before declaring war and besieging and IDK i forgot the other one, if there even is one. Bannerlord will be an amazing game. In ten years. Hopefully by that time all the modders are still around to actually make overhauls. Also they have no ****ING money when they have no fiefs so having a buncha mercs is a oversight or bug, one way or the other. Either there's some glitch letting them get paid anyways , or they won't leave when they don't get paid, or more wealthy factions are not offering them more. They're mercs, they should go to whoever can pay the most.

Keep hunting their lords. They'll eventually take deals with other kingdoms and will eventually disband all together it takes a bit but it'll go away if they don't have a castle or town for long enough. To speed it up you can try recruiting them too. 8. GetKhumDhan69.

As such you need to have the Disciplinarian perk in order to transfer a Bandit unit to a proper unit. This perk can be found in the Leadership tree. You must get Leadership to level 125 and then choose the Disciplinarian perk from the skill tree. That is the only way you can train bandits to become proper units within your army.
